Refund policy

  • 30-day return policy, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • 10% restocking fee, covers original shipping expense and card processing fees.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.

  • RMA# (return merchandise authorization) will be your original order number. Make sure this is on the return shipping label.

  • Refund will go to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
